About Tim

Tim ran his own accountancy practice for 11 years before selling it successfully in 2021.
Having experienced the pressures of practice ownership himself, he understands how isolating and overwhelming running a firm can sometimes feel. When you’re constantly busy looking after clients, managing staff and dealing with day-to-day pressures, it’s easy to lose the time and headspace needed to properly work on the business.
Tim created The Accountants’ Table to give accountants the support, perspective and honest conversations he wished had existed when he was running his own practice.
Through a combination of practical support, accountability and challenging different ways of thinking, Tim helps accountants make meaningful changes, see the things they often can’t see themselves, and build a better, more enjoyable practice.
